Building Southland’s reputation around the world is essential to driving demand, strengthening the local tourism industry and putting Southland on the map.

To instigate growth in this area, we are committed to establishing channels for trade and partnering with media to increase the region's exposure on the international stage.

This involves working with media outlets to develop exciting marketing campaigns, supporting businesses to become trade-ready and providing trade and industry representatives with the resources, tools and our world-famous southern hospitality to help them share Southland's offering through their own channels.
